Facade Grant Program

City of Belton was awarded a Hometown Economic Development Grant from the Municipal Association of South Carolina.

This program will assist businesses and building owners with improvements to implement economic development and make a positive impact in the City.

The program is limited to certain eligible business and building owners within a specific area of downtown Belton.
